Here are my favourites and how I enjoy them:
- Appleton Estate – rums (J.Wray and Nephew) - a capful on any ice cream!
- Benjamin’s – flavourings, sauces, extracts (P.A. Benjamin Manufacturing) - especially the vanilla extract - and the eucalyptus oil when I have a cold.
- Bigga – soft drink (Wisynco) - love that they use Splenda in their diet drinks.
- CB – chicken, eggs (Caribbean Broilers) - hormone free!
- Caribbean Dreams – teas, drinking chocolate, water (Jamaica Teas) - lovely any time
- Chocolate Dreams – chocolates, chocolate based desserts (Chocolate Dreams) - world class!
- Cran Wata – flavoured water (Wisynco) - low cal life-saver
- Grace – juices, soups, seasonings, pepper sauce, vienna sausages, porridge, jerk seasoning, browning, ackee, ketchup, beans (Grace Kennedy) - World brand winner - globally fantastic!
- Healthy Start – breads, crackers (Continental Baking) - the most honestly good bread ever!
- Holsum – breads, rolls (Continental Baking) - handy!
- Homade – biscuits, snacks (Continental Baking) - tasty - road-warrior companion!
- HTB Buns - addictive!
- National – breads, buns, biscuits (Continental Baking) Value and quality combined.
- Rainforest Seafoods – fish (Rainforest Seafoods) nutritious and convenient
- Tru-Juice – juices (Trade Winds Citrus) - staple for our children
- Walkerswood – sauces, chutneys (Associated Manufacturers) - authentic flavours
- Wallenford Blue – Blue Mountain coffees (Jamaica Standard Products) - my daily treat
- Wata – water (Wisynco) - my everywhere must-have
- Wray and Nephew – rums (J. Wray and Nephew) - mellow tradition
- Yummy – breads (Continental Baking) - anything Continental is just fine!
