Adam Casserly's Vegan Creations

My friend Janice Casserly sent me these great pics of Vegan Creations by her talented son, Adam Casserly, graduate of HEART Academy, Runaway Bay.

Raw vegan salad:  callaloo, pineapple & ackee salad
Curried chick peas & sweet potato etc
Pasta salad w/tomato, black olives, grated carrots, string beans & seasoning
Adam's own Veggie lasagne without cheese but w/grated ripe plantain & grated pumpkin instead (full of: broccoli, fresh mushrooms, zucchini, etc)

I've just ordered his Vegan carrot cake so will give a review!
