After Daegu, we were understandably nervous - but thank goodness our beloved Big-Man Usain Bolt did not disappoint! Neither did his team-mates, giving Jamaica 1-3-4-5 in the event - and finally a much deserved Bronze for Nesta Carter.
The other star for the day was Ethiopia's Tirunesh Dibaba - a brilliant Gold Medal run over the 10,000M event - her third straight int'l victory.
