DeleteTo understand poverty and the subject of poverty, without having experienced poverty, requires the gripping story of one who has; Marcus Garvey, who is not was not far from such a story, is the best author(ity)on the 'Ills of Poverty'. Best summed up in these revelatory words, is the understanding of poverty.
