What is Tatsoi?

Tatsoi is a type of pak choi forms a flat rosette close to the ground with tender dark green, spoon-shaped leaves and short light green stalks. We find the flavor delicious. Tatsoi can be used fresh as a salad green or added to a stir fry or steamed.
