Bishop Ken Richards at GTECH Antigua After School Programme Launch

THANKFUL: Most Reverend Bishop Kenneth Richards, expresss gratitude on behalf of the Saint Vincent DePaul Society of the Roman Catholic Church, the group that runs the Good Shepherd Home for Girls in St John's,  Antigua, for the state-of-the-art study lab that the home received through GTECH's After School Advantage programme. Bishop Richards was the keynote speaker for the occasion. The Good Shepherd Home for Girls has received five computers for its revamped computer room, in addition to ancillary battery packs, ceiling fans, wireless networking equipment, and surge protectors. The After School Advantage Programme sponsored by Caribbean Lottery and GTECH, is the company's signature corporate philanthropy initiative. The Programme sees non-profit agencies throughout the world receiving well-equipped computer centres for their facilities, with a keen focus on the globalised educational development of young people aged 5-18 in primary and secondary schools.
