Raw vegan salad: callaloo, pineapple & ackee salad
Curried chick peas & sweet potato etc
Pasta salad w/tomato, black olives, grated carrots, string beans & seasoning
Adam's own Veggie lasagne without cheese but w/grated ripe plantain & grated pumpkin instead (full of: broccoli, fresh mushrooms, zucchini, etc)
I've just ordered his Vegan carrot cake so will give a review!
