Each year, the Pope meets with Catholic Youth from all over the world. This year, over one million gathered in Brazil to meet the new Pope who hails from Argentina.
Last night's Stations of the Cross was a dramatisation weaving the challenges of everyday life into Jesus' painful journey to Calvary. It reflected Pope Francis' words, that no matter the size of the cross we bear, Jesus is ever there to help us carry it.
Such Blessed Assurance - thank you to the talented people of Brazil for using their rich gifts to present to the world this amazing celebration of our faith in the Lord Jesus.
