Hon Seymour Mullings witnesses the first official Digicel call in April 2001 with Chairman Denis O'Brien,  Makonnen Blake-Hanna and Jodie-Ann Maxwell

During our many client activities we had to interact with Hon Seymour 'Foggy' Mullings, who passed away today.  He was such a humble, cooperative person, a true servant of the people.  He carried himself with dignity and was a great listener.  Rest in Peace Mr Mullings!
